Terms of agreement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

SBPO's ethical guidelines<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Theresa Widjeskog Ahlman, ordningskonsult (h\u00e4danefter refererad till som \u201ckonsulten\u201d)  f\u00f6ljer SBPO:s (Svensk Branschf\u00f6rening f\u00f6r Produktivitet och Ordning) etiska riktlinjer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Client's confidentiality <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The organizer keeps all personal information about the client and information regarding the assignment confidential. The organizer will keep the information confidential even after the end of the assignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assignment booking<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

An assignment always begins with a consultation (free of charge) where the client can express their wishes and goals for the assignment. The consultation takes place over the phone or video call. After the initial consultation, the organizer creates a proposal for an action plan as well as time and price estimates for the project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The client can then book one or more sessions for sorting, decluttering and organizing a space. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Payment is made in full per invoice after the assignment has been completed.
For larger assignments, the organizer reserves the right get an advance payment of half of the estimated total price. This amount is then deducted from the final invoice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Storing and organizing containers<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Vid behov och om kunden \u00f6nskar kan konsulten ta fram en lista av l\u00e4mpliga beh\u00e5llare, f\u00f6rvaringsl\u00f6sningar  etc f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rvara kundens f\u00f6rem\u00e5l p\u00e5 ett f\u00f6rdelaktigt s\u00e4tt. Konsulten tillhandah\u00e5ller d\u00e5 via mail l\u00e4nkar till f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 ink\u00f6psst\u00e4llen. Ink\u00f6p sker endast i samr\u00e5d med kunden, och ingenting inhandlas utan kundens samtycke och godk\u00e4nnande av kostnad f\u00f6r ink\u00f6p.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cost of any storage solutions is charged to the customer and specified on the final invoice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposal and donation<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Removal and disposal of decluttered objects is not included<\/strong> in the regular price, but can be added as an extra service. The extra cost is specified on the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Policy regarding canceled or rescheduled sessions<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The customer can cancel or reschedule a session within 48 hours before the scheduled session. If cancellation occurs later than 48 hours, the customer is required to pay a fee corresponding to 50% of the session's price. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Budget for the project<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

During the initial consultation, the client is asked about the planned budget for the project. This is so that the organizer can estimate the amount of work that can be done within the framework of the budget and can more easily provide an action plan that is as accurate as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Budget for products<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Before the start of the assignment, the organizer and the client agree on a budget for the purchase of containers and storage systems. The organizer can recommend products and services to meet the client's needs for organization and maintaining systems for organization. The organizer is not responsible for the quality of recommended products and services. The organizer stays within the framework of the agreed budget when recommending products and services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before and after<\/strong> photos<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Professional organizers often take before and after-pictures for marketing and training purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All photos are anonymous. <\/em><\/strong>The client must give their consent to photography and the publication of images and film material. <\/p>\n\n\n
