N\u00e4r man sl\u00f6jdar h\u00e4nder n\u00e5got i hj\u00e4rnan. Man lugnar ner hj\u00e4rnsurret, och ens sanna jag kan \u00e4ntligen komma fram i ljuset. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under mina 30+ \u00e5r som sl\u00f6jdare, konstn\u00e4r och workshopledare m\u00e4rker jag st\u00e4ndigt att s\u00e5 fort man b\u00f6rjar skapa med h\u00e4nderna, s\u00e5 h\u00e4nder \u00e4ven n\u00e5got annat. Ett lugn infinner sig. Man f\u00e5r tid att reflektera. Man f\u00e5r vara sig sj\u00e4lv. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r vad jag brinner f\u00f6r: att hj\u00e4lpa m\u00e4nniskor att hitta tillbaka till den d\u00e4r innersta k\u00e4rnan och sl\u00e4ppa ut den d\u00e4r inre kreativa varelsen som bor i oss alla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
