Sunday Reset. Men vad \u00e4r det och vad ska man t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 n\u00e4r man g\u00f6r en s\u00e5dan? Det ska vi reda ut idag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunday reset \u00e4r ett metod f\u00f6r att sortera, organisera och planera veckan som kommer. F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra en Sunday Reset kan du f\u00f6lja den h\u00e4r listan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Retrospektion av veckan som gick.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e5 igenom veckan som gick och st\u00e4ll 3 fr\u00e5gor: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vad gick bra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vad gick mindre bra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vad kan utvecklas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. G\u00e5 igenom kalendern.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga av oss har massor av evenemang och h\u00e4ndelser i v\u00e5r kalender. Vi tenderar att boka upp oss alldeles f\u00f6r mycket f\u00f6r att vi n\u00e5nstans t\u00e4nker att vi kommer att hinna med allt det d\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">30 minuter mellan varje kalenderh\u00e4ndelse<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4mna minst 15 minuters luft mellan varje event i kalendern f\u00f6r att \u00e4ven t\u00e4cka ov\u00e4ntade impromptu- h\u00e4ndelser. N\u00e4r du hastigt m\u00e5ste utf\u00f6ra en 10- minutersuppgift h\u00e4r och d\u00e4r, s\u00e5 blir det tillslut ganska mycket tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r extra luften i kalendern som ett luftigt utrymme i ditt hem. Du vill inte ha allt ihoptryckt som Tetris-block i hyllorna, utan saker beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 lite luft f\u00f6r att &#8221;andas&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e5 igenom hur mycket du hann med f\u00f6rra veckan, och vad du inte hann med. Migrera sedan de uppgifter du inte har hunnit med, s\u00e5 de kommer med n\u00e4sta vecka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Minimum Viable To Do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofta hinner vi inte med det vi hade t\u00e4nkt oss under en vecka. Vi tenderar att starkt \u00f6verskatta det vi tror att vi kommer att hinna med. Anledningen till det \u00e4r att vi ofta skriver v\u00e5r att-g\u00f6ra-lista utifr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra h\u00f6gpresterande stunder, och ofta kanske vi inte ens k\u00e4nnas vid v\u00e5ra l\u00e5gpresterande l\u00e5g-energi-stunder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problemet \u00e4r att vi ofta tenderar att skriva upp <em><strong>allt<\/strong><\/em> som beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ras p\u00e5 en enda lista som aldrig tar slut eftersom nya saker adderas till listan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Den gamla att-g\u00f6ra-listan: backlog<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Anv\u00e4nd hellre den gamla o\u00e4ndliga att-g\u00f6ra-listan som en &#8221;backlog&#8221; som du kan ta uppgifter fr\u00e5n. Mitt f\u00f6rslag \u00e4r sedan att f\u00f6r n\u00e4sta vecka skriva en &#8221;Minimum Viable To-Do List&#8221;, dvs. en att-g\u00f6ra-lista som \u00e4r &#8221;livsduglig&#8221; om den blir slutf\u00f6rd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 saker varje dag.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Skriv upp h\u00f6gst 3 superviktiga uppgifter per dag. Om du sedan blir klar med dessa, kan du alltid ta fr\u00e5n &#8221;backlogen&#8221;, men det blir d\u00e5 en bonus och inte n\u00e5got du m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ra. Ofta kan man l\u00e4tt fixa 3 saker och k\u00e4nner sig d\u00e4rf\u00f6r extra p\u00e5 topp varje g\u00e5ng man tar av &#8221;backlogens&#8221; lista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. G\u00f6r en meny f\u00f6r veckan och storhandla<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett s\u00e4tt att minimera tid och effektivisera \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra en meny f\u00f6r veckan. Utifr\u00e5n den kan du d\u00e5 b\u00e5de g\u00f6ra en ink\u00f6pslista och g\u00f6ra storkok b\u00e5de f\u00f6r matl\u00e5dor och \u00e4ven f\u00f6r veckans middagar. Det h\u00e4r kanske inte passar alla, men om det passar dig s\u00e5 prova och se vad du tycker om det. D\u00e5 kommer du under n\u00e4stkommande s\u00f6ndag att ha f\u00e5tt ett system d\u00e4r du kan komplettera med det du inte redan har. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. St\u00e4da och plocka undan i hemmet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett s\u00e4tt att h\u00e5lla ordning \u00e4r genom <a href=\"https:\/\/widjeskogahlman.se\/en\/space\/\">systemet SPACE<\/a>. G\u00e5 under din Sunday Reset igenom och plocka bland de saker som beh\u00f6ver komma tillr\u00e4tta p\u00e5 sin plats. Under veckan har man inte alltid tid att g\u00e5 och plocka hela tiden. Boka in tid varje s\u00f6ndag f\u00f6r en Sunday Reset s\u00e5 du inte k\u00e4nner att plock-tiden inkr\u00e4ktar p\u00e5 din \u00f6vriga tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G\u00e5 igenom ditt bildgalleri, mail och drive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bilder<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bildgalleriet p\u00e5 telefonen \u00e4r en vattendelare. En del vill ha alla sina bilder i ett enda galleri medan andra har bilderna sorterade i olika album. Som ordningskonsult vill jag g\u00e4rna ta &#8221;f\u00f6re&#8221; och &#8221;efter&#8221; &#8211; bilder p\u00e5 mina uppdrag (om jag f\u00e5tt kundens till\u00e5telse!) och dessa bilder vill jag inte ska vara blandade med bilder fr\u00e5n skogspromenaden. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6redrar jag att kunna ha bilderna i ett album tills jag inte ens beh\u00f6ver ha dem i mitt bildgalleri. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker att rensa s\u00e5 jag har 0 bilder och videor i galleriet varje vecka men vissa projekt str\u00e4cker sig \u00f6ver en vecka s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r vara kvar ett tag till. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inbox Zero<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r med mail \u00e4r en riktigt jobbig kategori f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga. Jag vill \u00e4nd\u00e5 trycka p\u00e5 hur sk\u00f6nt det k\u00e4nns n\u00e4r man har rensat inkorgen och har 0 mail i inboxen n\u00e4r man kommer till jobbet p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndagsmorgonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att kontinuerligt rensa mailen \u00e4r en tr\u00e4ningssak, och f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen kan man beh\u00f6va hj\u00e4lp med hur man ska t\u00e4nka f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 det s\u00e5 effektivt som m\u00f6jligt. Ett arkiveringssystem f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ordning p\u00e5 alla mail \u00e4r en guldgruva, och man sl\u00e4pper s\u00e5 mycket stress n\u00e4r man v\u00e4l har f\u00e5tt systemet i rullning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drive<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Oavsett om du har Onedrive, Google drive eller n\u00e5got annat, rensa bort det du inte l\u00e4ngre vill ha kvar och sortera det du beh\u00f6ver ha kvar i mappar. P\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet f\u00e5r du mycket b\u00e4ttre ordning och kan starta veckan med ro i sinnet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du k\u00e4nner att det \u00e4r \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigande att ta tag i allt det h\u00e4r s\u00e5 finns jag h\u00e4r f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa dig.
