Det leder till stress och i v\u00e4rsta fall utbr\u00e4ndhet. Men vad \u00e4r det och vad har det med organisering att g\u00f6ra? Det ska vi ta reda p\u00e5 idag. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vi har f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga val<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Idag har vi ett \u00f6verfl\u00f6d av saker, information och evenemang som pockar p\u00e5 uppm\u00e4rksamheten. Hela tiden. Vi f\u00e5r inte m\u00f6jligheten att varva ner om vi inte aktivt tar oss den m\u00f6jligheten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forskning visar att en anledning till beslutstr\u00f6tthet \u00e4r att vi har f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga va. Om man plockar bort val och bara har ett par saker att v\u00e4lja mellan, s\u00e5 l\u00f6per man inte lika stor risk att drabbas av beslutstr\u00f6tthet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Risken finns att vi blir \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigade och ist\u00e4llet inte fattar n\u00e5got beslut alls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sentimentala beslut om \u00e4godelar kan g\u00f6ra dig tr\u00f6tt.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Som ordningskonsult f\u00e5r jag ofta bevittna sm\u00e4rtan som det inneb\u00e4r att fatta ett tufft beslut om \u00e4godelar. Kanske man har best\u00e4mt sig f\u00f6r att \u00e4ntligen g\u00f6ra en ordentlig rensning. Men \u00e4ven om man vill kan det vara tufft att st\u00f6ta p\u00e5 den d\u00e4r \u00e4godelen som man vet att man borde g\u00f6ra sig av med men bara inte kan skiljas fr\u00e5n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som minimalist f\u00f6respr\u00e5kar jag att plocka bort s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga val som m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r att d\u00e4rmed minimera antalet beslut du beh\u00f6ver ta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Minimera garderoben f\u00f6r att minimera beslutstr\u00f6tthet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga h\u00f6gt uppsatta beslutsfattare minimerar medvetet de sm\u00e5 ovidkommande beslutsmomenten f\u00f6r att ha mer energi \u00e5t att fatta de viktigare besluten. Minimera garderoben till det mest essentiella. D\u00e5 har du inte valm\u00f6jligheten att st\u00e5 d\u00e4r och \u00e4n en g\u00e5ng utbrista: &#8221;jag har ingenting att ha p\u00e5 mig!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Rangordna dina beslut<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rangordna besluten utifr\u00e5n hur viktiga de \u00e4r f\u00f6r att kunna eliminera framtida beslut. Om du fattar ett beslut som inneb\u00e4r att du slipper fatta framtida beslut s\u00e5 har du sparat mycket av din dyrbara tid och energi (och kanske pengar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Halveringsprincipen av ett beslut<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r h\u00e4nger ihop med den f\u00f6rra punkten. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 hur l\u00e5ng &#8221;halveringstiden&#8221; av ett beslut tar, dvs hur l\u00e5ng tid det tar innan du beh\u00f6ver fatta samma beslut igen. Ju l\u00e4ngre halveringstid desto b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett exempel p\u00e5 en kort halveringstid \u00e4r att beh\u00f6va fatta beslutet vad man ska \u00e4ta till middag. F\u00f6rl\u00e4ng halveringstiden genom att best\u00e4mma en g\u00e5ng f\u00f6r alla att du alltid \u00e4ter soppa och pannkakor p\u00e5 torsdagar. D\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver du aldrig mer fatta beslutet om torsdagarnas middag och riskera att utmatta hj\u00e4rnan med det h\u00e4r ovidkommande beslutet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett exempel p\u00e5 en l\u00e5ng halveringstid av ett beslut \u00e4r att best\u00e4mma sig f\u00f6r att ha flera upps\u00e4ttningar av exakt likadana kl\u00e4der och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r aldrig beh\u00f6va fatta beslutet vad man ska ha p\u00e5 sig. Tr\u00e5kigt? Kanske, men det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt effektivt om man vill spara p\u00e5 sin dyrbara hj\u00e4rnkapacitet till viktigare beslut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Eisenhower matrix f\u00f6r att fatta r\u00e4tt beslut om uppgifter och inte drabbas av beslutstr\u00f6tthet lika l\u00e4tt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kan anv\u00e4nda en s.k. <em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Priority_Matrix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eisenhower matrix<\/a><\/em> f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa dig att fatta r\u00e4tt beslut utifr\u00e5n hur angel\u00e4gen \/ br\u00e5dskande en uppgift. Matrisen V\u00e4g in vad som egentligen \u00e4r viktigt, och l\u00e4gg inte tid och energi p\u00e5 att fatta oviktiga och icke br\u00e5dskande beslut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att tackla beslutstr\u00f6tthet \u00e4r att rensa bland prylarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag \u00e4r ordningskonsult och hj\u00e4lper dagligen m\u00e4nniskor att rensa bland sina prylar. Det jag ser om och om igen \u00e4r att ju f\u00e4rre prylar man har, desto f\u00e4rre on\u00f6diga beslut beh\u00f6ver man ta varje dag.
