Har du l\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 st\u00f6kigt omkring dig b\u00e5de hemma och p\u00e5 kontoret?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4ngtar du i hemlighet efter en ren och tom yta d\u00e4r du kan st\u00e4lla matkassarna n\u00e4r du har varit och handlat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du vet att livet g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 mer \u00e4n att k\u00f6pa billiga prylar. \u00c4nd\u00e5 kan du inte l\u00e5ta bli. Med resultatet att du drunknar i dina, din partners och dina barns prylar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att b\u00f6rja sin resa mot minimalism och simple living kan vara en utmaning. Man vill, men bara tanken p\u00e5 att s\u00e4tta ig\u00e5ng kan vara nog f\u00f6r att man ska vilja dra t\u00e4cket \u00f6ver huvudet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimalism handlar inte om att du ska sl\u00e4nga alla dina grejer.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Det handlar om<\/strong>&nbsp;att du ska g\u00f6ra dig av med de saker, h\u00e4ndelser, personer och situationer som dr\u00e4nerar dig. Och spara resten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Livet \u00e4r alldeles f\u00f6r kort<\/strong>&nbsp;f\u00f6r att du ska g\u00e5 omkring och vara bitter. Bitter p\u00e5 jobbet, barnen, partnern och gud vet allt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimalism kan k\u00e4nnas lite flummigt till en b\u00f6rjan.<\/strong>&nbsp;Men det kan inte bli tydligare egentligen: Som minimalist tittar du p\u00e5 vad det \u00e4r som har gjort att du har hamnat h\u00e4r fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan, och sedan tar du mod till dig att v\u00e5ga g\u00f6ra dig av med det som inte st\u00e4mmer \u00f6verens med vad du vill i livet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oro, \u00e5ngest, psykisk oh\u00e4lsa och ett \u00f6verfl\u00f6d av prylar h\u00e4nger ofta ihop.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Att ha f\u00f6r mycket saker<\/strong>&nbsp;som belamrar ytor, sk\u00e5p och l\u00e5dor \u00e4r bara ett symptom p\u00e5 ofta mycket v\u00e4rre problem. Det kan r\u00f6ra sig om psykisk oh\u00e4lsa, \u00e5ngest, depression eller i v\u00e4rsta fall missbruk och suicidala tankem\u00f6nster. Sakerna \u00e4r d\u00e5 det minsta av problemen, kan tyckas. Ett m\u00f6nster av psykisk oh\u00e4lsa och att inte orka ta tag i sin situation h\u00e4nger ihop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Som professionell ordningskonsult<\/strong>&nbsp;ser jag ofta att sakerna man ackumulerar \u00e4r ett symptom p\u00e5 mycket mer djupg\u00e5ende problem. Det kan r\u00f6ra sig om en allm\u00e4n k\u00e4nsla av att man inte \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med sin situation i livet, att man inte trivs p\u00e5 jobbet eller missbruksproblematik.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimalism b\u00f6rjar med dina saker.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kan du n\u00e4mna samtliga saker<\/strong>&nbsp;du har i dina k\u00f6ksl\u00e5dor? F\u00f6rr\u00e5det? Garaget?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vi samlar p\u00e5 oss saker&nbsp;<\/strong>och stoppar g\u00e4rna undan dem n\u00e4r de har uppfyllt sitt syfte. Syns de inte s\u00e5 finns de inte\u2026typ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Men alla de d\u00e4r sakerna&nbsp;<\/strong>stj\u00e4l b\u00e5de din tid och din energi utan att du kanske t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 det. \u00c4ven om du har dem undanstoppade n\u00e5gonstans s\u00e5 tar de upp dyrbar plats i ditt hem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e4r du v\u00e4l b\u00f6rjar g\u00f6ra dig av med sakerna&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00e4r det lite som att g\u00e5 ner i vikt eller att b\u00f6rja tr\u00e4na: Du k\u00e4nner dig lite l\u00e4ttare, och pl\u00f6tsligt kan du andas igen. Kanske du tar dig an en ny vana och b\u00f6rjar g\u00e5 en h\u00e4rlig morgonpromenad ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att oroa dig hela tiden. Till slut fr\u00e5gar dina kompisar: vad \u00e4r det som har h\u00e4nt? Du ser s\u00e5 frisk och pigg ut!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimalism handlar om att ta vara p\u00e5 det vackra och v\u00e4rdefulla i livet. Och g\u00f6ra sig av med resten.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimalism handlar om s\u00e5 mycket mer<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e4n att g\u00f6ra sig av med sina grejer. Visst, det kan b\u00f6rja d\u00e4r, men den mer djupg\u00e5ende fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r: Vad g\u00f6r dig lycklig? Och en minimalist vet att det b\u00f6rjar med att g\u00f6ra sig av med s\u00e5dant som inte g\u00f6r en lycklig. Ofta inneb\u00e4r det att g\u00f6ra sig av med en hel del saker som man har samlat p\u00e5 sig genom \u00e5ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e4r sakerna v\u00e4l \u00e4r ute ur bilden<\/strong>&nbsp;g\u00e4ller det att \u00e5teruppfinna sig sj\u00e4lv: vem \u00e4r jag utan alla de h\u00e4r sakerna? Tillslut hittar man sig sj\u00e4lv d\u00e4rinne, och inser att sakerna inte gjorde en det minsta lycklig fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rsta b\u00f6rjan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimalism handlar om att v\u00e4rdes\u00e4tt det viktiga i livet.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e4r du b\u00f6rjar rensa ut<\/strong>&nbsp;det som inte l\u00e4ngre tj\u00e4nar n\u00e5got syfte m\u00e4rker du snart att du f\u00e5r mer utrymme till s\u00e5dant du faktiskt bryr dig om. Du f\u00e5r l\u00e4ttare att fokusera och koncentrera dig, och kanske k\u00e4nner du att du blir mer produktiv p\u00e5 jobbet.
